Delivery & Returns


Our standard delivery is second class within the UK and we offer free UK standard delivery for orders over £45. First class delivery can also be selected as an option at checkout if you need your books in a hurry. We aim to dispatch the next working day after your order has been placed. We’ll let you know when your books are on their way. We are just getting started and are currently only shipping to UK addresses. Please know that we will be looking at how to send our collections to book lovers elsewhere in the future.

Coffee and Collect collection for customers local to Beaconsfield

Pick up your books and a coffee from Benedict’s Store, 12 Gregories Road, Beaconsfield, 8.00 – 14.30 Mon – Sat when you choose Coffee and Collect at the checkout. Please have your order number and confirmation email with you when you collect. We aim to have items ready for collection the next working day.

Returns and refunds

We hope you’re delighted with whatever you choose, however, in the event that you aren’t, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Any returns will need to be in their original packaging and gift bag.

Please get in touch as soon as possible by email, at, in the first instance, to arrange a return. In the case of damaged or incorrect goods, please include photographic evidence.

You’ll need to cover any return postage costs, unless the products have arrived damaged, or are incorrect. If you choose to return your items using regular untracked delivery, then please ensure you have proof of postage, as we can’t be held responsible for any items that go missing.

Any refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the items. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
